Key Responsibilities
- Review tender specifications, contract terms, and project requirements to develop comprehensive tender proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather required information and align submissions with company capabilities.
- Develop and maintain a detailed schedule to manage multiple tenders efficiently.
- Analyze and interpret technical and commercial requirements to ensure compliance.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential challenges for each tender.
- Prepare competitive cost estimates and support pricing strategies.
- Lead and oversee the preparation of tender documentation, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Negotiate and liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers as necessary.
- Provide regular updates and reports on tender progress to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in tender management, specifically in the electrical trade.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and tender management tools.
