Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret Design Requirements: Work collaboratively with sales teams and clients to understand their vision, translating their needs into compelling artwork concepts.
- Design Creation: Leverage advanced design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, CorelDraw) to produce precise signage shop drawings and structural layouts.
- Artwork Preparation: Ensure designs are meticulously prepared and ready for production or printing.
- Production Coordination: Partner with the production team to guarantee the final output aligns with the approved designs.
- Quality Assurance: Supervise production workflows and conduct detailed quality checks on finished products to meet client standards.
- Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple design projects, adhering to deadlines and delivering exceptional accuracy and creativity.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure designs support a unified brand strategy.
- Incorporate Feedback: Actively integrate feedback to refine designs, ensuring they exceed client expectations.
Job Requirements:
- Education: A diploma or degree in Graphic Design is preferred and provides a competitive edge.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Graphic Designer in the signage industry is highly advantageous.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in leading design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Flexi, and CorelDraw.
- Teamwork & Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output under tight schedules.
- Creativity & Innovation: Proven ability to think creatively and solve design challenges with innovative solutions.
