Responsibilities:
- Manage contract renewals with customers, ensuring they are completed before the current contracts expire.
- Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support inventory management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist the manager in preparing quotations for customers.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
- Perform general filing and handle correspondence efficiently.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls effectively.
- Undertake any other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business or related field
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in related field
