Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join the Middle Office & Technology team. This role focuses on delivering solutions for Trade Lifecycle, Treasury, Settlements, and Operations management. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in Middle Office or Treasury management projects and strong expertise in managing technical and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements, manage scope, and oversee implementation and testing.
- Collaborate with developers, portfolio managers, and other teams to deliver solutions.
- Lead large-scale projects and drive business process improvements.
- Understand and contribute to end-to-end trading infrastructure, including trade booking, pricing, and trade lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of asset classes such as Equities, FX, or Rates and their processes.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles and ability to communicate with developers.
- Proficient in Excel and VBA development.
- Experience managing large-scale projects for buy-side or sell-side businesses.
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of tools like Visio or MIS reporting software.
- Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python) and technical documentation standards.
- Familiarity with portfolio management or risk systems (e.g., Front Arena, Murex, Imagine).
