Job Description
- Review payments and claims to ensure compliance to NUS & Grantors' guidelines.
- Administer the grants in timely manner.
- Assist Principal Investigators on grant variations, extensions and other change requests.
- Assist in submission of progress and final reports.
- Monitor and keep track of the expenditures of the grants awarded.
- Assist in preparation and submission of grant related financial reports.
- Perform finance-related tasks such as fund management, preparation and analysis of financial statements for audit and reporting to relevant agencies on grants’ matters.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities and other departments on grant related issues.
- Assist in management reporting, monitoring expenditure, cash flow and tax related to grant matters.
- Ensure compliance to applicable standards, policies and procedures including Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
- Liaise with external auditors on the year end closing.
- Any other finance duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma / ACCA / Bachelor Degree
