Job Scope:
- Provide front-line customer service (deals with walk-ins and phone queries)
- Handling of pupils who are not feeling well, late comers and early dismissals; attending to pupils’ minor injuries
- Provide administrative support such as contacting parents including printing, scanning, photocopying, filing, data entry & data collation
- Carry out any other administrative duties assigned by School Leaders, Administration Managers and Operation Manager
Requirements:
- Possess minimum 3 GCE “N” Level Passes or Nitec or Higher Nitec in relevant courses such as Office skills/Customer relations or equivalent
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel etc
- Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills; have a pleasant disposition
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in administration and/or customer relationship management, preferably with prior working experience in an educational institution
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Location: Farrer Park
Salary: $2390/month
Contract Period: 1 year
