Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage IT infrastructure services, including cost, schedule, and project timelines.
- Plan, execute, and deliver internal IT infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with policies and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external resources; report progress to stakeholders regularly.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while managing vendors to meet SLA commitments.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT with 5+ years of project management experience in IT or Digital Services (banking domain preferred);
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or CITPM are advantageous;
- Strong leadership, communication, and technical expertise in IT infrastructure, applications, and security frameworks;
- Proven track record in cross-functional project delivery and vendor management;
- Knowledge of software licensing and contract management is a plus.
