Responsibilities:
- Plan and Coordinate Work: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule work and oversee maintenance and repair activities in Sports Centres’ facilities.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Ensure timely and safe completion of preventive maintenance, ad hoc repairs, and facility upkeep.
- Tender Management: Assist in the preparation of tender documents e.g. EPV, AOR, Price Schedule, Schedule of rates, tender evaluation, and award.
- Budget Management: Manage budget forecasting, expense tracking, payment processing, and maintain proper documentation.
- Facility Upgrades: Assist in planning facility enhancements, and coordinating upgrading projects from planning to completion.
Requirements:
- Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Property & Facilities Management with at least 3 years of experience in FM Maintenance Management and Procurement.
- Good working knowledge and understanding of maintenance and contracts
