Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment of new volunteers via various public roadshows (e.g., Via festivals and school booths).
- Maintaining and updating volunteer records in the Volunteer Management System (VMS).
- Supervise volunteers during major sporting events, offering guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate logistics & training support for all key events (e.g. Sports Day, Quarterly Training Weekends, Leadership Sessions and Mass Rally).
- Provide support in the procurement, coordination of vendors.
Requirements:
- Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Science/Health-related disciplines with 1 year of experience in Volunteer Management.
- Strong Project Management, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
