- Project Leadership: Assist the Managing Director in leading the construction and fabrication teams.
- Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety procedures on-site.
- Coordination and Communication: Conduct regular site meetings, liaise with the main contractor, and address safety and regulatory concerns.
- Project Management: Monitor project progress, ensure timely completion within budget, and optimize construction methods.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources (personnel, equipment, materials) for projects.
- Reporting: Provide daily project updates to the team and management.
- Technical Support: Address technical issues and provide guidance to the team.
- General Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 10 years of local experience in structural steel construction.
- Project Experience: Experience in MRT projects preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
