Responsibilities:
- Determine optimal logistics operating solutions for customer
- To support implementation of projects handover, and on occasion, take the lead to develop and cross-functional implementation of value-added supply chain solutions
- Be responsible for sales lead, tenders and RFQ
- Maintain regular contact and develop new business with existing customers
- Lead the operation team in handling customers’ enquiries
- Consistently monitor our service standards and work with our operations team to drive suppliers and operation teams across all areas of responsibility ie lead times, complaints, escalation
- Work together with relevant stakeholders
- Perform any ad hoc duties / projects as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience or track records of past secured accounts and positive sales performance
- Proficient in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Excel, Words etc
- Strong in analytical skills
- Customer oriented
