Employment Type: 1 year contract (renewable subject to work performance)

Responsibilities:
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems related to security surveillance, including IP CCTV, Perimeter Protection Systems (PPS), Physical Security Information Management Systems (PSIM), Video Management Systems (VMS), and audiovisual systems.
- Analyze, plan, implement, test, and manage integrated perimeter, video surveillance, and video analytics security systems, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet clients' service delivery agreements and ensure seamless system functionality.
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and partners to diagnose, resolve, and support both preventive and corrective maintenance of systems.
- Interpret and work with technical documentation, installation manuals, system drawings, and construction-related materials like floor plans.
- Assist the maintenance team to ensure system availability and reliability meets customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement new technologies for enhanced security and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct on-site electrical power and cabling work, ensuring adherence to construction safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide support during emergency situations, even outside of normal working hours, when required.
- Perform other technical-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in security surveillance hardware and software administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of IP CCTV systems, PPS, PSIM, VMS, and audiovisual systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, system drawings, and construction plans.
- Hands-on experience in electrical power systems and cabling work, with a solid understanding of on-site operations.
- Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and protocols.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle pressure effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to respond to emergency situations and provide support outside regular working hours.
