This is a 12-months contract position as a Quality Assurance Lead, Cloud.
Job Descriptions:
- Lead and mentor a team of test engineers;
- Develop and implement automated testing strategies and frameworks;
- Coordinate with development, QA, and product teams for product quality;
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources;
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts;
- Continuously improve automation testing to enhance coverage and reduce cycle times;
- Ensure products meet high-quality standards before release;
- Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and data;
- Perform root cause analysis and work with development teams on issue resolution;
- Stay updated on technology trends and enhance team processes and methodologies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent;
- Experience leading and managing testing teams;
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills;
- Proficient in core Java, Spring framework;
- Proficient in MySQL, familiar with NoSQL databases;
- Knowledgeable in distributed system design and messaging middleware;
- Expertise in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG);
- Ability to work under stress and quickly learn new concepts;
- Strong cross-team communication skills.
