Mechanical Contractor - Construction

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical M&E and DfMA issues.
- Collaborate with architectural and structural teams to manage design schedules and site coordination.
- Check DfMA prefab drawings, highlight discrepancies, and ensure alignment with production requirements.
- Oversee submission and approval of drawings with stakeholders, ensuring accurate service installations.
- Utilize Revit and CAD for drawing preparation and updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination.
- At least 1 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of M&E coordination, structural, and architectural compliance.
- Ability to understand DfMA modular prefab requirements, including materials selection and fabrication.
