Project Manager (Building A1 main con)
We are representing a well-established and reputable A1 main contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality building projects in the industrial, institutional, and residential sectors. Our client is looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in industrial building projects to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Tender Stage: Work closely with the team at HQ to prepare, review, and submit tenders for new building projects.
- Project Execution: Once projects are awarded, take full responsibility for the planning, management, and execution of industrial building projects at the site level.
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
- Manage and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and clients regarding project milestones and issues.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, from a PE Board-recognized university.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing building projects, with a specific focus on industrial building projects.
- Proven track record in handling projects from tender to completion, with strong technical and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
