Responsibilities
· Engage with customers to promote and sell health and wellness products, working towards exceeding sales targets.
· Provide personalized customer service by answering inquiries and offering expert advice
· Stay updated with the latest product offerings, supplements, and health trends to effectively assist customers.
· Assist in creating and maintaining attractive product displays.
· Manage stock levels, participate in regular stock checks, and ensure product availability.
· Help maintain the store’s cleanliness and organisation, ensuring an inviting shopping environment.
· Build customer relationships by promoting loyalty through consistent engagement and product recommendations.
· Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals, share knowledge, and provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
· At least 1 year of related working experience in retail industry.
· Candidates with experience selling health and wellness or beauty-related products will be ideal, but not a must.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
· Sales-oriented with proven results and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
