- One-Year Contract (Renewable)
- Salary: $3.5K - $4.2K
- Must have banking/financial Insitution experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facility Management & Compliance:
- Manage daily operations, including service requests and liaising with vendors for facility maintenance (e.g., servicing, repairs).
- Handle contractor communications for contract renewals and issue resolution.
- Oversee security access management, including door access control and surveillance reviews.
- Conduct monthly security reports and annual safety checks (e.g., extinguishers).
Office Administration:
- Manage fixed assets inventory and meeting room bookings.
- Control office keys and maintain contract storage.
- Arrange and renew corporate car rentals and insurance policies.
- Support staff equipment needs and manage offsite document storage.
- Assist with orders for company events and festive occasions.
Reception Roles:
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
- Welcome visitors and maintain reception areas.
- Oversee staff onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Manage stationery and pantry supplies.
Staff Welfare:
- Support company events and welfare activities (e.g., team building, celebrations).
Other Tasks:
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks effectively.
- Proficient in spoken Mandarin to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Collaborative team member who contributes positively to group dynamics.
