Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (ID6012)
Location: Singapore Based (Office at City Hall, current project at Lakeside)
Working Hour：Monday- Friday : 8:30am-5:30pm
Salary: $2800 -$3500
Job Description
-To carry out taking off quantities;
-To source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis;
-Ability to raise tender queries/ design discrepancies timely for clarification;
-Ability to handle tender correspondences and addendum to update changes made to tender documents;
-To assist in compilation of tender submission including tender qualification; and
-To perform other QS duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying;
Fresh graduate/ 1-3 years’ working experience related to main building tenders;
Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Ability to work with digital softwares (ie Cost X/ Glodon) would be ideal; and
