Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of insolvency professionals in the day-to-day administration of insolvency and corporate restructuring engagements, ensuring efficient execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison with creditors, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and managing expectations throughout the insolvency process.
- Assist the Liquidator in investigating the financial affairs of insolvent companies, identifying opportunities for asset recovery, and facilitating the distribution of assets to creditors in accordance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Able to work independently, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Able to lead a team.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
