About FAM@FSC:
There are 10 FAM@FSCs in Singapore which provide support for families facing transitions or relationship issues. Services include family counselling for conflicts, marital, and parent-child issues; Divorce support for couples and their children; discernment counselling to help uncertain couples decide on their next steps regarding divorce; and online counselling, in partnership with the Ministry of Social and Family Development, for a range of family-related concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Provide counselling and case management services to couples and families on marital, familial, parenting and divorce issues.
- Conduct programmes, workshops, support groups etc.
- Conduct research studies, needs assessments and programme evaluation projects.
- Planning and managing outreach events
Requirements:
- MUST possess a minimum Degree in Counselling
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good Team player
- At least 3 years of experience in the social service sector
