Recruitment Assistant (Part-time)

Job Summary:

  • Industry: Healthcare
  • Location: Depot Road
  • Job type: Part-time, contract (6 months)
  • Working schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 8.30 am to 6 pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment matters, which include preparing job descriptions, posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, coordinating, scheduling the interviews, conducting reference checks, following up with the hiring managers and notifying candidates of the interview outcome.
  • Pre-onboarding arrangements such as pre-employment check-ups.
  • Other administrative duties, including updating HR records, checking invoices, and filing.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma in HR or Business Administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, written, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and an initiative for problem solving
  • Preferably with 2 years of working experience in Human Resource
