The Executive (Operations Excellence) plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our FS processes and operations. This individual will have relevant experience in the F&B industry, be responsible for coordinating and conducting audits, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement recommendations. The Executive (Operations Excellence) will also contribute to the development and documentation of processes and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Audit Coordination and Execution:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute operational audits in accordance with established schedules and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of audits.
- Identify areas of weakness, improvement opportunities, and associated risks.
- Develop and propose recommendations to address identified issues.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports to support audit observations and findings.
- Stakeholder Communication and Follow-Up:
- Effectively communicate audit observations and findings to relevant stakeholders and senior team members.
- Conduct follow-up reviews with stakeholders to assess the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Process Improvement and Documentation:
- Assist in the creation and documentation of key processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flowcharts.
- Time Management and Ad-Hoc Duties:
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain a positive attitude.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned or requested.

- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm

- Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
- Motivated team player with a proven ability to deliver results.
- Strong technical skills, analytical mindset, and data analysis expertise.
- Pragmatic approach, balancing theoretical knowledge with practical considerations.
- Familiarity and knowledge of the food service industry, trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality control regulations.
