SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation and cooking of Malay Cuisine.
- Exercise good cost and inventory management practices and controls.
- Able to follow and cook according to menu planned.
- Cook accordingly to correct number of portions for each meal period, without wastage.
- Keep kitchen area, processing equipment, and cooking utensils clean and sanitized at all times.
- Ensure safe operations of all equipment and report any faulty equipment to superior immediately.
- Comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.
REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants with 1-2 years of relevant culinary experience are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Able to manage stress well.
