Our client is a prominent footwear manufacturer in Singapore, managing a retail network of over 40 stores locally.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and drive the sales team to achieve both store and individual targets/KPIs.
- Develop strategies to increase the customer base, boost store traffic, and maximize profitability.
- Ensure high-quality visual merchandising aligns with company standards and guidelines.
- Provide coaching and guidance to Sales Associates on product knowledge and customer service excellence.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
- Manage store administration and ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Supervisor, with at least 4 years in the retail industry (preferably in Fashion, Sports, or Apparel).
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including retail hours, shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
- Motivated to excel in a competitive market environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Highly driven and willing to take a hands-on approach when needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in work.
- Available to start on short notice.
