They are ISO 9001:2015 certified and are trusted for their consistency and dedication to quality safety standards and controls. They are now looking for a Shipping Executive to join their expanding team!
Location: CBD (5 min walk from Clarke Quay MRT)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Handle deliveries between vessels and vendors
- Provide timely updates to the respective stakeholders
- Close monitoring on docking schedule and tracking on vessel downtime
- Issuance and confirmation on Notice of Readiness (NOR) with various stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings between various stakeholders
- Record keeping and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related fields
- Possess prior experience as a shipping coordinator would be a bonus
- Ability to coordinate between different stakeholders and prioritize tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams.
