Based in the town area, Client is a Energy client and we are looking for a Project Admin to assist the Onsite Operations team. The candidate will report to the Project Managers and Engineers for this role. We prefer the candidate to be able to start work in Dec 2024. Your work location will be at Tuas South, working Monday - Sunday 7am - 7pm , you will take turns to have off day rotation among the project team. This role is available due to a year end power standby project.
About the role
your daily Responsibilities will be interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about:
- Help to arrange manpower from overseas
- Monitor/ Prepare/ Check – Site attendance system/ Timesheets
- Arrange SIC (Safety Induction Course)
- Application of site entry Pass/ E work Permit
- Getting lunch for the manpower
- Following up on deliveries with HQ and forwarder
- Reservation of hotel rooms
- Any Adhoc task require
- Overtime is required and will be paid accordingly
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will possess:
- diploma in any field
- 2 years working in a similar work task
- good to have a driver license as vehicle will be provided due to the nature of the job
