Responsibilities:
- Streamline HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and stay updated on changes.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, exits, and retention.
- Support HR policy development and implementation.
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Contribute to training and development initiatives.
- Manage employee records and ensure legal compliance.
- Address employee concerns, resolve issues, and coordinate engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant studies.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as HR Generalist.
- Experience in payroll processing is a must.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of HR principles, labor laws will be an added advantage.
