Responsibilities:
1.Manage the entire process of immigration projects, including project initiation, progress tracking, document review, and final delivery, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.
2.Draft, review, and optimize immigration application documents and related materials, ensuring all paperwork complies with immigration authorities' requirements and meets client needs.
3.Stay updated on global immigration policy changes, collect and organize relevant information, and regularly update the team’s knowledge base to provide clients with the latest policy interpretations and recommendations.
4.Maintain close communication with clients, addressing their concerns during the immigration process, delivering high-quality consulting services, maintaining client relationships, and improving satisfaction levels.
5.Coordinate with the documentation team, sales team, and external partners to facilitate the smooth progression of immigration projects; provide training to team members on documentation skills and policy knowledge.
6.Ensure that all submitted materials and project operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, minimizing risks and improving success rates.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Law, International Relations, Public Policy, or related fields.
2.At least 3 years of experience in the immigration industry, with prior experience in documentation or project management preferred.
3.Familiarity with various immigration programs (e.g., investment immigration, skilled migration, family reunification) and their procedures and policy requirements.
4.Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to draft and review bilingual documents.
5.Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to efficiently manage client relationships and project teams.
6.Detail-oriented, strong logical thinking, and capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure while ensuring high-quality delivery.
