Morgan McKinley is seeking a Trade Support Analyst with an American multinational investment banking company. This role supports both Listed and OTC products across APAC markets, focusing on Equity and Equity Derivative instruments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional operational support across derivative, swap, and cash equity products.
  • Partner with Sales and Trading teams to resolve inquiries, investigate issues, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Leverage critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client challenges and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including compliance, credit, legal, risk, technology, sales, and trading teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement measures to strengthen controls and reduce operational risk.
  • Contribute individually while fostering teamwork to achieve shared objectives.
  • Manage regional and cross-functional projects, liaising with both internal and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, with strong knowledge of financial markets and prior experience in trade support for equity derivatives, swaps, or cash products.
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant experience coming from the Financial Services industry
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Equity/Equity Derivatives lifecycle, including corporate actions.
  • Proven ability to maintain operational standards in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Strong risk and control mindset, with an awareness of potential P&L impacts and end-to-end process implications.
  • Ability to identify issues, propose effective solutions, and ensure resolution.
  • Demonstrated success in driving process enhancements and efficiency improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with Bloomberg, Reuters, and corporate actions processes is advantageous.
  • Technical skills such as VBA, SQL, Macros, or Alteryx are a plus.
