Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Treasury Manager to lead the development and management of the Group’s treasury infrastructure, oversee centralized treasury operations, and drive strategic treasury activities across portfolio companies. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and optimize treasury functions while contributing to the organization’s financial stability and growth.
The Role
The role focuses on developing and maintaining the treasury infrastructure for the Group and company portfolio, including bank accounts, treasury management systems (TMS), and ERP integration. Responsibilities encompass managing bank relationships and KYC requirements, liaising with TMS providers and external counterparts, and driving continuous improvement through automation and digitalization of treasury operations. The role also oversees centralized treasury operations such as payment and receipt processing, financial transaction approvals and settlements, cashflow reporting, bank account management, and compliance with KYC, month-end, and year-end audit requirements. Additionally, it includes managing treasury activities for the assigned portfolio, such as maintaining and updating cashflow forecasts, FX and financial risk exposure, arranging bank guarantees, LCs, and credit facilities, reviewing capital structures, and recommending intercompany settlements or dividend distributions. Collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders is key. Candidates should hold a degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in treasury operations, including 4 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in Kyriba and Oracle applications, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a driven, team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your Profile
The preferred candidate will have a degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related professional qualification, along with at least 8 years of experience in treasury infrastructure and operations, including 4 years in a supervisory capacity. Expertise in Kyriba and Oracle applications is advantageous, as is a solid grasp of accounting principles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, combined with a driven mindset, a strong work ethic, and the ability to excel as a team player in a stimulating environment.
