Job Scope:
1. Logistics / Warehouse Assistant
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming stock and materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping or delivery according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse area.
- Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
2. Logistics / Warehouse Coordinator
- Develop warehouse layout and planning strategies for optimal space utilization.
- Oversee and maintain warehouse documentation and inventory records accurately.
- Operate and manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) efficiently.
- Analyze processes across receiving, handling, distribution, and storage to identify improvements.
- Update and track data using MS Excel, reporting any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
