Job Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious IT Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts while identifying new sales opportunities. The position is focused on inside sales, account servicing, and providing technical solutions to meet clients' IT needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Maintain and build long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling IT solutions and services to existing clients.
- Inside Sales: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate new business leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Solution Selling: Understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored IT solutions to meet their requirements.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements to clients.
- Client Support: Provide post-sales support, ensuring successful implementation and satisfaction with the delivered IT solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, forecasts, and targets to management.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with IT industry trends and competitor offerings to position the company effectively in the market.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in inside sales or account management, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions (e.g., software, hardware, cloud services).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively over the phone and via email.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand client needs and present relevant IT solutions in a compelling manner.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
