· Execute Agile methodology to streamline technical delivery, resulting in achieving all project milestones on time and within budget, improving overall project efficiency.
· Lead and manage the internal release and deployment team to ensure seamless application code deployment in SIT, UAT, and PROD environments.
· Experience with release management tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar.
· Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
· Plan, schedule, and manage releases across multiple platforms and environments
· Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of releases, including assessment, scheduling, and deployment
· Manage release documentation, including release notes and deployment guides.
· Develop and execute deployment plans that minimize risk and downtime
· Monitor and manage deployment processesto ensure timely and successful rollouts
· Perform deployment reviews and retrospectives to identify process improvements.
