We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven features and contribute to cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to address business challenges.
- Work with large datasets, clean and preprocess data to create training datasets for ML models.
- Develop and deploy AI-based solutions in production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts to create end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
- Continuously monitor model performance and make improvements or adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate them into development processes.
- Conduct research to evaluate new approaches, tools, and techniques for AI/ML applications.
- Contribute to the development of AI/ML frameworks, tools, and pipelines.
- Present findings, insights, and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or R.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with deep learning and neural networks.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
- Experience in handling large datasets, data wrangling, and using databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying ML models.
- Experience with model deployment frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow Serving, MLflow).
- Knowledge of software development best practices (e.g., version control, code reviews).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
