The National Centre for Advanced Integrated Photonics (NCAIP) at NTU Singapore hosts research activities in advanced integrated photonics domain.
Position Available: Research Fellow (Electrical Modulator)
Key Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for all the research activities related to electrical-optical modulator calculation, simulation and design.
- To study the resources of non-linearity of analog modulation by investigating carrier and photon dynamics beyond the linear regime.
- To be responsible for administrative and logistical upkeep pertaining to laboratory operations.
Job Requirements:
- Ph.D. degree in either engineering, computer science or applied physics or relevant subject from well-established universities/institutes.
- Must be highly motivated in multidisciplinary research. He/she must have proven experience in electrical-optics modulator.
- Good experience in electrical-optics modulator design.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
