Job Description
- Handle major customer accounts in various industries
- Respond to product-related questions and other queries promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional sales support
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with customers
- Support the sales and marketing of new and existing products
- Processing quotation and sales orders
- Liaising with Suppliers for product related matters including purchase order creation
- Must be customer & team oriented.
- Candidate must possess at least secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must be suitable for working in a fast pace environment.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
