Cloud Program Manager
Our client a Global Tech Company is seeking a Business Program Manager to join the APAC Customer Success Strategy Team in Cloud to help with highly strategic programs. You will be responsible for managing your workstreams/project execution and providing your business management expertise to business leads and peers within the Asia Pacific region.
Responsibilities:-
- Reports to the APAC Business Strategy Leads for Customer Success and fully oversee all elements of program execution and reporting for APAC. Have a high degree of professionalism, autonomy, reliability, attention to detail, efficiency and follow-through with any responsibilities in your scope,
- Be the regional APAC contact point for program topics, including with the regional teams at the target partner, Represent the APAC team in global meetings and collaborate with regional business leaders and their teams.
- Manage the acceptance of APAC customers into the program, own the list, oversee execution of program activities against those customers and report on status and success.
- Co -build region specifics program land package (messaging, value prop, executions guidance, readiness guidance etc.)
- Support Area SCRUMs and tracking for program engagements (coordinate technical execution & unblocking track execution against RISE pipeline) help accelerate/unblock customers and partners.
- Collect technical feedback across APAC, consolidate globally to priorities customer success, global partner success and engineering efforts.
- Facilitate post-migration transitions for the field and partner team, including transition to additional roadmap work.
- Contribute to readless, communications/awareness plan for regional and global program scope + capabilities, and evolution of program.
- Create and provide updates to leadership on WoW/MoM progress: provide updates to executive business review.
- Manage, review, organize and monitor RoB rhythm and follow through with team members related to task.
- Coordinate cross-project activities and ensure documents is current
- Experiences/base understanding of Azure, ADO (Azure/DevOps) etc.
- Engage with regional field & internal stakeholders worldwide: mange internal & external meetings, communication and effective project execution
- Ability to take details meeting notes and convey them in a concise fashion to senior stakeholders; as well as communicate statues of action and follow-up on open/ask, on a consistent basis.
- Can work independently, drive task autonomously, and need little directions/exhibits capable proactivily.
- Assess and iterate on project performance; connect regularly with internal teams to review best practices and find efficiencies
- Resolve project and workstream priories with stakeholders
Requirements:
- 8+ years of high impact Program Management experiences that includes ability to perform tactical duties while interacting with all layer of management at large organizations.
- 5+ years Program/Process Management
- 3+ years Change Management
- SAP Product knowledge
- PowerBi & Visio skills
- Cloud experience or ERP/SAP knowledge is a MUST have.
- Very strong English language skills required, and Japanese would be a strong preferred
