Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to semiconductor equipment and systems, including computer systems, complex software, and networked or wireless systems.
- Perform on-site installations, oversee continual improvement programs, carry out parts overhauls, preventive maintenance, modifications, and repairs on equipment.
- Act as the company's liaison with customers on both administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
- Coordinate logistics and communicate with customers regarding equipment-related issues.
- Address customer complaints and provide timely solutions to resolve their concerns.
- Monitor product performance, provide regular updates, and report feedback on customer service requests.
- Report recurring customer complaints to management for future resolution and reference.
Requirements:
- Must Have:Minimum Poly Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
At least 2 years of relevant experience with semiconductor equipment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a resourceful team player.
- A highly motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Willing to work or be on standby during after-office hours, weekends, or public holidays.
