Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing client contracts, ensuring timely renewal and negotiation of pricing and scope adjustments.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of client needs and current contract terms to develop tailored renewal proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to finalize contract terms and pricing structures.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance contract value and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract renewals, pricing agreements, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the renewal process
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth.
