Human Resource Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Coordination

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage job postings on various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment events

2. Candidate Engagement

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates regarding application status and interview feedback.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline.

3. Marketing & Outreach

  • Assist in executing recruitment marketing campaigns to attract fresh graduates, mid-career switchers, and experienced professionals.
  • Support career events, including campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and information sessions.
  • Create recruitment materials such as brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns to promote job opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
