Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Coordination
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage job postings on various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment events
2. Candidate Engagement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely updates to candidates regarding application status and interview feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline.
3. Marketing & Outreach
- Assist in executing recruitment marketing campaigns to attract fresh graduates, mid-career switchers, and experienced professionals.
- Support career events, including campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and information sessions.
- Create recruitment materials such as brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns to promote job opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
