Job Summary
Looking for an experienced Cloud Security Engineer to guide clients in implementing secure cloud solutions, addressing security challenges, and ensuring compliance. This role involves designing architectures, delivering technical guidance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful cloud adoption.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expertise in cloud security and compliance.
- Design and implement cloud security architectures tailored to client requirements through in-depth discussions, presentations, and hands-on implementation.
- Create best practices, tutorials, and technical content for various audiences.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive positive outcomes and consensus.
- Stay informed about the latest security trends and apply them in solutions.
- Deliver services both remotely and onsite, with occasional travel (up to 30%).
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Coding proficiency in one or more programming languages.
- Proven experience managing customer projects to completion.
- Expertise in designing, developing, or maintaining secure cloud solutions.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, with experience creating technical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in security architecture or engineering.
- Practical knowledge of key security principles and cloud security delivery.
- Familiarity with mitigating attacks in areas such as network design, OS hardening, web application security, and incident response.
- Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
