Job Scope
- Process part orders and service requests with accurate pricing, cost/revenue allocation, and follow-up.
- Prepare pricing for parts and returns based on customer contracts, discounts, and currency rates.
- Ensure correct shipping methods and liaise with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing issues.
- Maintain high-quality customer service and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience in a high-volume service environment.
- Knowledge of incoterms and ERP systems.
