Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of HR Specialist (TA).
Job Scope:
- Responsible for full spectrum in relation to Recruitment and Selection, Career Fairs, Employee Relations and Projects
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring requirements
- Ensure Recruitment activities are in accordance with TAFEP guidelines and equal employment opportunities
- Facilitate and manage onboarding and offboarding
- Partner with Institutions of Higher Learning
- Prepare and maintain HR reports
- Support HR operation
- Other duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies or equivalent
- At least 5 to 8 years of recruiting and sourcing experience working in a similar capacity in an MNC with HR operation experience
- Ability to handle high volume hiring
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (excellent in Microsoft Excel)
