Highlights:
- Contract duration: 1 year contract
- Salary range: $2500 - $2900 (based on experience)
- Working location: One North MRT
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6pm.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience in Office Administration.
- Able to create simple EDMs and is tech savvy.
- Good in public speaking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g.: MS Excel)
Key responsibilities:
- Digitalization of files and conducting quality checks of files to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate, liaise with, and set up any logistics support for any group discussions, interdepartmental communications, and any meeting support (e.g.: prepare slides and equipment).
- Assist in event coordination, EDM & visual material preparation, and user education for new system roll out. Address any enquiries raised by users.
- Support and participate in roadshows for new system roll out.
- Registry management support, including organizing and managing physical files in the registry.
- Other duties as assigned.
