Working hours: 10am to 7pm
- Office management, administrative and facilities support to the department
- Secretarial and administrative assistant to the department
- Coordinate/ plan schedule of appointment, department presentations, training and related activities
- Coordinate travel arrangement, air ticket, accomodations, transportation and travel visa application
- Process travel expenses/claims
- Calender management
- IT support (asset/ role request, etc.)
- Event mamangement (team building/ conferences/ training/ department lunches)
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
