Our client, a security solutions provider has been established for more than 25 years, with a strong reputation in the industry. They specialize in delivering comprehensive turn-key security systems, from design and integration to maintenance and support and serve clients in government, trade and commercial sectors. They are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Executive to join their expanding team!
Location: Tampines (walking distance from Tampines West MRT)
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, engage and hire top talent across all levels of the organization
- Lead, mentor and manage a small team to understand current and future talent needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide expert guidance on workforce planning and role requirements to ensure alignment between organizational objectives and recruitment efforts
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, on-boarding etc.
- Utilize data-driven insights to analyse recruitment metrics, optimize processes and report on hiring outcomes
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing methods, including networking, talent acquisition partners, referrals, social media, recruitment events, recruiters, campus and career fairs etc.
- Oversee and manage the employer branding strategy to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the talent acquisition process
Requirements:
- Degree In Business Administration (Specializing in HR) or equivalent
- Minimal of 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition and management
- Experience in hiring for technical roles is advantageous
- Experience in Team Leading is preferred
