Roles & Responsibilities
Coordination Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate M&E systems into the overall design of construction projects.
- Review M&E design drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and local regulations.
- Facilitate communication among different stakeholders to resolve any design or installation issues related to M&E systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor M&E work progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to M&E design, installation, and maintenance activities.
- Report on the progress of M&E works to project management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all M&E systems documentation is up-to-date, including as-built drawings and operation manuals.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures for M&E installations to ensure they meet required standards.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of M&E systems to verify functionality and compliance with specifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in M&E coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven track record in managing M&E systems on large-scale construction projects.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and knowledge of project management processes.
