Duration: 6 Months Contract
Location: Pioneer
- Managing daily operations - daily opening and closing of facilities; ensuring facilities and equipment are ready to use. Working irregular and after-office hours when required.
- Maintenance of facilities - regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure they are in working conditions. Undertaking minor maintenance personally or working with contractors to resolve any faults.
- Provision of logistic support for events - to work with users, event organizers, and provide necessary equipment and facilities support, including coordinating logistic movement.
- Conducting safety assessments of equipment and facilities at SRC - follow up and resolve any matters arising.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O level, with 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Competent in basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience in sports and recreation facilities and events in a school environment will be preferred.
