Working days/hours:

Mon - Friday : 8:30am - 5:30pm

Sat half day 8:30am - 12:30pm


Job scope:

  • Perform admission process, including explanation on bill estimation, usage of insurance, and deposit collection.
  • Handles customer queries pertaining to admission process.
  • Perform Cashiering.
  • Perform Billing.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned.


Requirements:

• Past healthcare work experience is an added advantage.

• Minimum "O" levels, 2 years of customer service related working experience.

• Requires computer literacy, good in mathematics, good communication skills, and excellent service orientation
