Responsibilities:
- Preparation of various Chinese pastry & Dim Sum
- Check for food quality, plating, presentation and ensure that food safety standards are met
- Maintain work station and kitchen cleanliness
- Ensure hygiene practices (washing hands, wearing gloves) are followed according to the SOPs when preparing and presenting food
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Able to perform spilt shift, work on weekends and public holidays
- Have initiative and hardworking with positive attitude to learn and contribute
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
